The peplum is best left to girls who want to add curvature to their lower half. I found this great salmon colored dress (probably 90's) at Goodwill a month or so ago. It's really fun to wear.

I won't be trying to pull off the peplum. I am always looking to lengthen my waist and current fashion isnt helping me!
