In Blossom Time
And in the hedgeway is the wild rose come,
And in the birch, gay robin builds a home;
The mountain stream tells how the heaven smiles--
The same stream than an eagle wooed for miles.
Yes, Time has led his loved one--Spring--apart,
But all the world betrays his throbbing heart.
