This is the geen tunic from the mustard skirt pairing a week ago. I thrifted a white pencil skirt and decided it will be just the thing to layer under dresses that need a couple extra inches to be comfortable at work. I'm dying to try it with the rose garden dress I bought online for Hawaii a couple years ago. I am now very careful about checking the length measurements on dresses that I buy online.
