If thou of fortune be bereft
And in thy store there be but left
Two loaves--sell one, and with the dole
Buy hyacinths to feed thy soul.
I came across this short poem today and I wanted to share it with you. I love how not only does it imply that our souls need soul food, but that soul food comes not only from the word of God, but from nature as well. How many times has a gentle wind blown through the entangled branches stirred my soul? How many times has a bold hued blossom made me contemplate the great works of His hand?

very sweet...:)
Amen! God's voice can be heard in nature so often when words cannot express His greatness. The poem was beautiful too.
