Wha!!!!!

That "What" doesn't even deserve a "t" because this is so ridiculous! I'm all for quirky fashion and letting people have their own style but this is just too bad. I actually saved this picture under the title "Annecrap." How come a beautiful movie star decides to put on the most ugliest items at the same time? I mean those shoes--ew! That hat, those glasses, the socks, the leather leggings? And we come back to "wha?"
